Classes
Classes are open to men, women and children over the age of 8 years at the following locations.
There is a standard class fee of £3.00. We do our best to keep the cost to a minimum so it is affordable to all.

Although the Bangor class is situated on the College site it is open to anyone who wishes to train.
Equipment
All equipment is provided for training such as hand, arm pads and shields.
When it is apparent that a student is going to continue training then they are encouraged to purchase their own protective equipment as a priority. Safety is paramount and students have a responsibility for their own health and safety.
There is no pressure on students to purchase club uniforms or similar but they must be appropriately dressed for training.
Previously we provided gloves and shin pads but for health reasons we discontinued this.
