The club is run by Mike and Glenys Thomas. They have been involved in Thai Boxing for over twenty years and first began training under the guidence of Russ Williams.
Mike and Glenys are supported by their children, Danny, Sian and Beth Thomas, who are also registered instructors. The club prides itself on its friendly, open environment where everyone is welcome.
